We hope that everyone is doing well. It’s been a few months since we Engage with all UMAFC Family. Just to update everyone in regards to New location. We are still in the process to locating a place for all of you. We will inform everyone once we are ready for you come. As for now we have a location that we currently working out and continuing all we can to keep the Knowledge and training to continue.
Anyone is welcome to join us for the meantime if you are looking to keep your training. Also I’m open for any suggestions on how We can help you.

Staying calm and collective on the first hour of meditation. Feeling there own self and experiencing how much we can achieved.

In honor of Mother’s Day we are hosting a Mom’s Day Class ( don’t worry DAD , your day is in June) This class, just for moms and your kids will be FUN, LOW KEY and a great BONDING Experience. At the end of the class all moms will received their PINK BELT and Certificate of Participation!
Surprise & Trophies will be awarded to Mom & kids that wins the Kids & Mom’s Games.
