I didnโ€™t have time to get to the gym today so took advantage of my surroundings and ran straight hill sprints for 30 mins. A quick sweat sesh followed by a quick sweaty stretch sesh. There is always time for a workout even if you have nothing but your own body. Just depends how bad you want it. Make results not excuses ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’ฆ
