AMERICAN MAHJONG FOR BEGINNERS

Have fun and learn the basics from mother-daughter team, Dorian and Marley.
You will learn how to:

🀄️Read Mahjong card and formulate winning hands
🀄️Trade tiles in “the Charleston”
🀄️Deal and play a full game!
🀄️Implement beginner’s strategies

I have heard your requests for more tower classes and have added 2 more options during the week. Starting Dec 1, come see me (Jennie) on Wednesdays at 9am and 11am.
9am class will be more classical mat style with props and 11am is traditional tower.

We are so excited to offer new small reformer classes in November. 4 students maximum, all on our Gratz reformers. This is an excellent way to work deeper, perfect transitions and receive individual feedback.
Starting Nov 4 Jennie is offering Tuesdays at 9:30am and Thursdays at 9am. Michelle Herrmann is offering Fridays at 12pm. Please let us know any other times you would like!

Jennie is excited to offer 2 new semi-private class options for the month of September!

This class is for intermediate Pilates students and teachers who are looking to deepen their work with access to different apparatus. Only 4 spots are available and each student must commit to 4 weeks in a row in order for the class to progress together. The class will utilize the Reformer, Cadillac, Electric (High) Chair, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector, and Baby (Arm) Chair.

This class will be on:

Tuesdays at 9:30am
September 2, 9, 16, 23

Thursdays 9:30am
September 4, 11, 18, 25

This Semi-Private series is $180 ($45 per class)
Must commit to all 4 classes on either Tuesday or Thursday (not interchangeable)
