This is what it takes to keep elevating you career. has been training with us for 1 year now and has already made big changes. He dropped his 10yd dash time from a 1.75s to 1.56s, broad jump increased from 7’3” to 8’10”, and can Bulgarian 100lb dumbbells for 5.
But how does this translate to the baseball field?
Increasing Maks’ lower body numbers is essential for greater exit velos and pitch speed. He is constantly hitting balls with 95+ mph exit velos and has hit a couple 100+. These changes has led him to be a starter on a top 20 team in the state on JV as a freshman.

Consistency leads to success. It’s a simple strategy that isn’t so simple for everyone to follow. When athletes do, incredible things happen…like this moment above.
hanging with .dysart this past weekend at the ID camp.
The similarities…both started training with me in 8th grade, never took weeks off, always worked hard, complained but put in the work, played exceeded expectations, never disrespectful, have 27” verticals, broad jumps over 8’4”, 10s below 1.65, 1.5x bw squatters, and insane number of other things that are awesome about them.
Moral of the story, consistency in your training at allows for cool things to happen 😁

The Turritopsis dohrnii jellyfish has the ability to reverse his life cycle. This off-season channeled his inner jellyfish… sean has dropped his 10 .17s, increased his broad jump by 14”, vert is up by 4”, and is a new man in his upper half! Setting pr’s in literally everything.
Now, we just need this FNG to get signed!!

1RM Performance is a gym that builds freaks of all ages! We care about athletes moving better, getting stronger, faster, more powerful and having fun along the way! The progress that some of our athletes make, regardless of age, doesn’t always seem believable even to me. I figured it’s time to share what really happens to our athletes.
12 will be first. Nate has trained twice a week every week since he first showed up at the gym in 7th grade. Now in 8th grade Nate is a little nuts. He still has a way to go, but his progress is undeniable!
