One of my home girls had to keep it real with me.
She said, “Chels, I just want my glutes to be bigger than my tummy!”
I FELT that.
What an honest desire!
So if you want a slimmer waist, you’ll need to build your glutes to offset the weight being carried in your abdomen.
HACK SQUATS, as seen in this video, will help you get your dream body.
Aim to do 4 sets of 15 reps, every week for one month.

The best way to maintain a fitness routine is to do something that you actually enjoy, doll ✨
You can lift weights
You can use the trampoline for cardio
You can even do stairstepping dance routines like I do…
But don’t limit yourself!
If you’re a woman, especially if you’re over 30, and you wanna get fit, focus on finding the fun. The more fun that you have when it comes to fitness the more consistent you’ll be with maintaining your fitness routine.
Women don’t get bulky from lifting weights.

Seriously, ankle weights + hella reps can build your glutes in the most effective way !
So your glutes are made up of 3 muscles - gluteus Maximus, medius, and minimus. You have to work the entire glute to grow your 🍑
The strategy is to add weight (increasing the stress on the muscle) and do hella reps (exhausting the muscle). When you wear your glutes out, they grow ✨

I used to be really crazy —
Like unhinged before the term was invented.
I really didn’t believe that it was possible to be successful and have good mental health.
I was stuck in that binary way of thinking “all or nothing” mentality and yikes did that do a number on me.
✨Learn from my mistakes babe. ✨
Once I started lifting weights I became less susceptible to all of life’s bs.
Lifting weights silenced the negative feedback in my head, which was so major! And obvi it’s pretty heavy handed to say weight lifting improved my mental health…but it did. It’s been proven to be a thing. Specifically, progressive overload (the weight training technique I use with my clients) literally trains your mind to handle stress better.
When you feel the positive effects of weight training, like the ability to quiet your inner critic, you kinda convert to this way of life.
