This weekend, some of our chapter members had a great time trying our first H.I.I.I.T. (High Intensity Isometric Interval Training) workout with Sam Roe at Kinetic Performance!
This workout runs like a circuit series, with ten stations, each one minute long. You run through the entire thing 3 times, totaling 30 minutes of Isometric exercise.
What is so great is that according to the Journal of Applied Research, “using isometric exercise for 6 minutes would be the equivalent muscle work of 30 to 35 minutes of gym work on commercial weight lifting equipment" (2006)!!
You can try out this incredible new workout every Sunday at 10am!
