Wonderful Poodle Charlee is on my mind. It was National Dog Day 2 days ago and I am just getting to posting a photo of Charlee and of course Ali. I am in Hawaii working on the farm and I miss them so much

1 morning per week--can anybody join in next week (during the week)

And is anybody riding or swimming this weekend. I would love to ride tomorrow and swim the shores sunday

Here it is early Christmas Eve and I am feeling the Spirit of all you wonderful folks. I would so love to have a Huge Loooong "party" where I could spend a relaxing time getting to know each of YOU-all over again.

Well, If we can't do that then I would like to invite you to join with me a week from tomorrow on January 1, 2015 at 10:00 am @ La Jolla Shores in a Celebration of LIFE at the Annual Polar Bear Swim.
You all know the drill:
Get there early for Hugs and Stories
Bring Food if you are planning to share in the potluck put on by the La Jolla Cove Swim Club
Yes, wetsuits are OK, but----
Swim as little or as much as you want.
YES!! Bring your jug of HOT WATER for thawing afterward
If you cannot make it because you are out of town--find a Polar Bear Swim where you are (for those of you who are in Hawaii or Mexico {Michelle, Ben, Dana, Cathy, Daniel, Hans, Denise--etc}-don't get OVERHEATED in the 80' water
REMEMBER--there are No 4th Event Lamo Excuses !!

On a special note--I would like to send an Extra Mahalo to those of you who:
1. Donated to my daughter Sam's gofundme account so my family could come here from England to see me do my 300th Tri @ Carlsbad
2. Came to Carlsbad Tri and cheered me on while I did this EPIC Event
3. Participated with me and my son Mychal (yes John Pani, that means YOU) at Carlsbad
4. All those who gave me Love and Prayers after my son John passed away on November 1st- 1 year ago--Especially those who formed Team-Tri Guru's Red Lipstick Rock Stars to raise money for Diabetes research in Honor of my son-John.

Note--I am Bike Riding and Swimming. I would love some company-Shout Out
I am planning on doing my 301st MultiSport Event on July 25th -The Vineman AquaBike

I do have a request--I have been getting a number of Photo Christmas Cards from some of you folks (Damn, it hard to determine who has the cutest kids) and if you have made one up I would love one. Please send me a private message for my address!

Hello to all of my fellow Cyclists and Tri athletes! I am having a 'session' at Stone Brewery on Wed Nov. 12, 2014 from 6 to 8PM. I would like to invite anyone and everyone up here in North County (or anywhere in the county!) to join me to discuss the Century Gran Fondo TNT Team! I will be Co-Coaching along with David Chernay. Aloha Friends &Teamsters,

I wanted to give you an update on my quest for my 300th Tri --on July 13th and my efforts to get my daughter Sam and 3 Grandchildren here from England.
I am copying most of the email I sent out about a week ago, and I know some of you got multiple copies. That said--WOW !!! YAY !!! OMG !!!
Many of you have responded by donating to Sam's funding site https://www.gofundme.com/9umge8 with $4300 !!! INCREDIBLE !!! If you are able to give a little it will be Very Appreciated.
I am doing my part by training as much as my ankles will let me. I am still looking for training partners, people to come and cheer--and I believe Carlsbad Tri is still open. It is one of the Great Races and I would love to have you join with me. Let me know if you are signed up!

Lastly, yes, I would love it if you did it with me--it is still open.
I would also appreciate it if some of you could throw this up on facebook--I know these email groups only reach a few Teammates any more
