In preparation for her black belt test tomorrow, Lacy completed a hike last Sunday to the top of Patriot Hill here in San Juan Capistrano, where she then did a training workout and practiced her forms. Lacy has been on this journey as a martial artist for half of her life and tomorrow is a big day. She also completed an essay of reflection on the journey to this milestone. Black Belt, she’s comin’ for ya! 🥋
