We will launch from Bahia Point with a short paddle over to our favorite bar on the bay ( The Barefoot Bare & Grill ) Enjoy a beverage of choice while listening to live music. We will head back to shore just in time to catch the Seaworld Fireworks.

What to know before we paddle…

• Dress warm and wear layers.

This pic was taken two years before I took over I used to travel and teach trainings all over. This one brought me back to Jersey my stomping group. This is my BLISS!

These last two years has not been easy. I have lost a studio to call home more times than I would like. I have made transition after transition trying hard NOT to give up.
Always questioning if this was my path? Have a made@the right decision?!
You know what ? I didn’t give up, I just didn’t force anything. I sat back and let things flow and they did!

I have a yoga space in Barnegat Light that I can now call home for the summer!! More details to follow!

What this picture means to me

•COMMUNITY• These ladies have been my support system through this crazy rollercoaster we call life. Let’s be honest the last few years have been HARD to say the least. They are more than business partners they have become my family.

Why I chose to partner with Arbonne. I needed a vehicle to get me where I wanted to go. AKA a side hustle, extra mull ahhhhh. NOW it’s become my dream job! It’s beginning to replace the old with the new. I work remote. It’s effort based business model. I earn free trips AND I love teaching others about health / wellness.

The products. Let’s be real for a minute. I was never one who watched what I ate OR put on my body. N O W it’s all I care about. Skincare & Nutrition.

I was already an Entrepreneur so starting my own business with Arbonne felt right. Did I have the time NO. Did I knew what I was doing NO. But I knew I needed something more ( I teach yoga for the love of teaching ) not for the $$$

Last week, we took a walk along the coast in — a path we’ve taken several times before. This time, however, we noticed something new. A Swing!! Hidden between the palms, floating over the cliff’s edge and out over the ocean! How could we have never noticed before?! Routine had taken over and auto-pilot was kicked on.

So, no matter where you call home, find something new in your space. Invite in a little change. Invite in a little awareness and curiosity. You never know what new adventures you might find along the way!

Throwback to a beautiful time on the road.

This weekend has been filled with so much Love within the SUP Community. The Paddle Race was amazing with over 600 paddlers. It was the first time was a vendor at such a large event. I met so many Amazing people.

That’s where I met this babe. After taking my class today she going to to our teacher training. Keep spreading the and keep chasing the sun!
