⚾️ Get ready, Mid-City! ⚾️

Our Opening Day Celebration is this Saturday, February 28, 2026, at the Adams Ave Field!

The celebration starts at 9:30 AM sharp at the Adams Rec Center (3491 Adams Ave). We'll kick things off with a short ceremony to recognize our incredible volunteers and sponsors. Then, get your cameras ready as each team runs onto the field to their walk-up song for a team photo!

Please arrive early, as parking can be difficult.

Still need gear or have lightly used gear to swap? We will have our gear swap table out again.

Let's start the season right with a fantastic team celebration and more! See you on the field! 🧢🎉

🚨 Gear Swap This Saturday 🚨

We all know these kids grow fast, quickly grow out of their sports equipment, and the cost of equipment can quickly add up. We want to help you put that lightly used equipment to good use and help out other Mid-City families.

If you're registered for Spring and attending Cap Day this Saturday January 31st, please bring your lightly used or new baseball equipment (gloves, helmets, bats, cleats, pants, or belts) to donate to other Mid-City families.

We will set up a table for gear to be dropped off and for families to pick up the gear they can put to good use.

This is an opportunity to get gear out of your house and help out other families, not to save you a trip to Goodwill, so please only bring gear that is lightly used or new. As a general rule, if your child would still use the item if it fit, feel free to bring and donate it.

Mid-City Little League players registered for Spring: Get ready for Cap Day! 🧢 ⚾️

Cap Day 2026 will be January 31 at 9:30 a.m. at Franklin Elementary.

Players will meet their coaches, team, receive their baseball hat for the season, participate in an optional gear swap and more!

⚾️ Mid-City Baseball Players: COME TRAIN LIKE AN AZTEC!

Join the SDSU coaching staff on Saturday, Jan 24th at Tony Gwynn Stadium for our Elite Youth Development Baseball Camp.

This is a premier opportunity for local players (Grades 1-8) to learn directly from Division I coaches in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

What to expect:
✅ Pro-level hitting & fielding instruction
✅ Base running fundamentals
✅ Position-specific drills
✅ Fun, competitive games & challenges
