Today I had the privilege to be led by our amazing DPT Victoria. Trainers need trainers! She so beautifully took some staple moves and crafted them down to the details. My body feels fantastic and supported even now many hours later. She truly invests into each person she interacts with and prides herself with insuring the success of her clients.
She’s not on socials so there’s no tag and being present was our main focus so I only manage to snag this one photo mid-workout. I highly recommend hopping onto her schedule! Get ready to have your muscles sculpted ❤️

someone attempted to murder my person 3 years ago…
I contemplated making a post (on this account) for a multitude of reasons. Primarily, it’s his story to tell and I am immensely proud of him for taking such an intimate chapter of his life and sharing it on his platform. I want it to shine, but I did have several people reach out asking if that was our current situation.
So I will upload this video I made highlighting our moments of happiness, just as I did back then, in gratitude of him surviving such a horrendous ordeal.
To those who have reached out since his post, from the bottom of my heart, thank you so very much. It truly means more than you could ever know.
