Helping you create a life you love with purpose, clarity & astrological insight
PathwaysUnlimited.com Why am I here? What is my purpose? Why?

How can I have more fulfillment and meaning in my life? Those are questions we all ask ourselves at some point in our life. For over 25 years I have supported clients in finding the answers to them in my work as a coach. But I wish I knew when I started what I know now. Because there’s a shortcut. You came into this world with your own personal map – a map of the journey you wanted to take. A map

I was on a walk with our pup, Tucker, yesterday when we came upon this tree that stopped me in our tracks and made my jaw drop…

It was just buzzing with hundreds of baby butterflies! With Tucker pulling on his leash to keep walking, I stood there in complete awe of nature.

The Spring Equinox is on the way here in the northern hemisphere. Watching those butterflies flit through the air felt like nature’s gentle reminder that transformation doesn’t happen all at once.

There’s a hidden season where things are reshaping beneath the surface, before something new fully emerges.

What if the Spring Equinox could be a moment for you to pause and gently reset - to clear away what feels complete and reconnect with what truly wants to emerge for you in your life?

Imagine stepping into this new season feeling lighter, more centered, and quietly confident about what you want to nurture next, instead of perhaps feeling pulled in ten different directions or maybe even numbed by all that we’re witnessing before our eyes.

That’s exactly the spirit of this year’s Equinox, and the spirit of our annual Spring Equinox gathering in the Thriving Circle.

In this gathering we’ll honor the seasonal shift from the inward symbolic wisdom of the Hermit, the quiet reflection of winter, into the nurturing, life-giving energy of the Empress, who reminds us to care for what truly matters and cultivate what we want to feel and experience.

Together we’ll:

• Reflect on the insights of this past season – so you can recognize and really connect with what the recent eclipses and retrograde period may have been revealing or reshaping in your life.

• Gently release what feels complete or draining – creating space and fresh energy for what truly supports your inner well-being.

• Reconnect with what nourishes you – helping you review and maybe even redefine the people, practices, and priorities that you want to invest your energy into in the coming months.

• Revisit your personal guiding Tarot card for 2026 – and explore the message it offers about what you’re being invited to cultivate this year, or how it’s shifted since the beginning of the year.

• Plant a few meaningful “seeds” for the season ahead – so you leave with renewed clarity, intention, and a grounded sense of what you want to nurture moving forward.

Think of this as a nourishing pause - a chance to tend your inner garden so that what truly matters in your life has the care and attention it needs to grow. 🌱🦋

I’m just going to say it right up front…

I’m finding it difficult to feel grateful right about now. Quite the contrary. With the leaders at the top playing whackamo with our lives right now, it’s leaving me feeling anxious and frustrated and destabilized; like I have no control over what comes next because someone else is pulling the strings.

I have tossed and turned the last several nights, not sleeping all that well. Then early this morning I had a realization: as someone who experienced a lot of instability as a child of both divorce and abuse, all of this triggers me emotionally. Deep in my core.

Ahhhh, so there’s the insight. The start of another layer of personal growth, and healing. Doesn’t make it easier, but at least I understand my emotional response more.

My thoughts then turned to ask “what has gotten me through tough times before?” And for me, it has always been 1) to ask “what am I to learn from this?” (well, we can check that one off!); and then 2) “what is the gift or what do I have to be grateful for in this moment?”.

I then, in my 3am sleep state, began listing off the things that are very good.

And, I fell asleep.

With all we’ve been observing in our world, both here in the U.S. and abroad, it can be challenging to keep that focus, right? But there’s real power in that process of gratitude.

What if you gave your heart seven days to pause, reflect, and remember what’s good? What’s possible for you?

I invite you to join me for a week of gentle gratitude - one reflection a day, one breath at a time. 💗

It all begins with our *free* live Grateful Heart Ceremony on Saturday, November 15th - a simple gathering to reset your energy and open your heart to joy again.

You don’t need to have it all “together”. Just bring your open heart - and let’s begin.

Gratitude doesn’t erase what’s hard - but it does help you remember who you are, and what’s really most important to you, in the middle of it all.

When you pause to notice even one thing you’re thankful for, you shift your focus from what’s missing to what’s supporting you.

It’s subtle… but it changes everything.

I had an opportunity to practice that this week when I received a phone call from my dermatologist’s office in follow up to a visit a couple of days before. The pathology on the specimen the doctor had taken from a spot on my back (that he thought was probably nothing), came back positive for squamous cell cancer.

My first thought, of course, (I am human after all!), was “Well s$!t”! But then shortly after, fortunately, my thoughts were replaced with gratitude that we had caught it early - or at all, since he hadn’t thought it was anything to even be concerned about but took a sample “just to be safe”. Oh, and an extra bonus? My deductible has been met for the year which means less out of pocket for me! Score!

My emotional body was flooded with a sense of relief. See what I mean?

Our world feels heavy right now, right? Let’s take a week to lighten it - together.

Ready to take a gentle step toward peace and gratitude again? 🌿

Join me for the live Grateful Heart Ceremony on November 15th and the 7-Day Grateful Heart Journey - it’s free and deeply nourishing. (It’s recorded in case you can’t join us live).

Hi there, it’s been a couple years since we last walked the 7-Day Grateful Heart Journey together, and I’ll be honest, I wasn’t sure I’d bring it back this year.

Like you probably, I’ve been feeling the weight that so many of us are carrying - the uncertainty, the noise, the fatigue from all that’s happening around us.

But when I checked in with my higher self, the side that can see above it all, I realized… that’s exactly why this practice matters.

Gratitude doesn’t ask us to ignore what’s hard.

It simply helps us shift our focus - from what’s draining us, to what’s quietly sustaining us.

That’s what the 7-Day Grateful Heart Journey is all about:

✨ Carving out a few peaceful moments each day to reflect, breathe, and remember what’s still good.

✨ Reconnecting to the simple, steady things that bring calm and comfort.

✨ Creating a gentle rhythm that grounds you - even when life feels anything but steady.

No complicated rituals. Just space to breathe, reflect, and refill your emotional cup.

We’ll begin together with a live Grateful Heart Ceremony on Saturday, November 15th, a nurturing space to reset your energy before the daily reflections begin.

It’s free this year, and it might be exactly the reset your heart needs right now. 💗

I am really looking forward to sharing this with you. 🙌💜

In my last post I ended with “If ever there was a time to really embody the practice of BEING PRESENT, it is now.”

One way to do that is to consider how you might shift your focus, from one that is very left-brain and linear, to one that is more in touch with what feeds your Soul - an intentional and very purpose-driven place.

We are all here on a journey of the Soul, after all.

I cannot, and will not, spiritual bypass our current reality by painting all of this as a rosy picture. That doesn’t do any of us any good. However, if you’ve ever been through a challenging or difficult point in life, (and who hasn’t?!), you know that when you’re in the middle of all the trauma, it hurts like hell.

You also know that if you allowed yourself to begin to contemplate what you are meant to learn from it all, how you can evolve as a result of it, that a sort of peace begins to descend upon you.

You begin to feel a little less a victim of your life circumstance.

And more empowered to shift your response to it and redesign your life as a result.

It can start with you making even small shifts.

In my next post I’ll share what that shift looked like for me as a result of my journey with cancer in 2018.

Feeling emotionally tapped out? Tired? Try limiting your time on social media or listening to / reading the news. Give yourself a time limit and then shut it down. And definitely don’t expose yourself to it 1-2 hrs before bed (if you value sleep that is). Try it for a day even and see how you feel.

Visionary Voyage – PART 1 OF 3

I laughed out loud last week when I saw someone post an image with two characters that said something like "Wow, what a year!" To which the other responded "It's only January."

Yeah, it's been quite a month for us all. For me too, with the sudden death of my mother and the Stage 4 cancer diagnosis of one of my uncles.

That's on top of the incessant barrage of changes and Executive Orders from the top level of our government; constant change that's enough to take your breath away. [Deep breath].

So I did what I always do. I retreated to my shell to heal, nourish and to process.

But, life goes on and I, we, must find a way to navigate all of this in a way where we still feel a sense of purpose and direction in our lives.

It is imperative for our health, wellness and vitality that we, in the midst of all the chaos and the noise, make it a priority to come back to our place of center.

To make that our highest priority – above all else.

It’s imperative because there’s a very high price to pay if we don’t that can range from severe illness, extreme mental and emotional fatigue, tragic accidents, long-term trauma and even death.

If ever there was a time to really embody the practice of BEING PRESENT, it is now.

Yesterday was a day of loss for me. Not prepared to talk about that yet. 😢

Today, I am instead choosing to celebrate this man and our 31 years of marriage. The man who has been by my side through all kinds of loss and sorrow, in addition to the adventures and fun.

When you say I DO, you don’t know the road you will travel or the life challenges that can take you down and your marriage along with it. It helps, a lot, if underneath it all you really like each other. And we do.

If you’ve known me for any length of time you know I always said I would never marry. This man changed all that. From the moment I set eyes on him I knew he was different. I was 32 when we married.

I’m not gonna lie. It hasn’t always been easy. We had to work at it. But I can’t imagine my life without him.

I love you, David Guttas. With all my heart and Soul. Here’s to 30 more years, if I should be so blessed. 💕💍
