You might discover that some days you feel stronger than you thought, and other days it feels good to slow down.
Some days you’ll want the challenge. Other days, you might realize how much you needed an hour that was just for you.
That’s part of starting where you are — learning to notice what you need today instead of deciding what you should be able to do.
There’s nothing to prove and nowhere you need to get to. You’re already doing something good for yourself by making the time.
Begin there.

Come for the Hands-on Adjustments. Stay for the stillness.
Start at 5:30 PM with Modo Hands-on Adjustments. Then stay on your mat for Yin & Meditation at 7 PM.
Two very different classes, and one really good night. Who’s up for the double?

Wait… when did this happen? 😂
At some point, yoga starts following you home.
You notice the tension in your jaw.
You catch yourself taking a breath before reacting.
You suddenly have a lot of thoughts about your hip flexors.
But maybe the biggest change is this 👉 You start paying attention to yourself.
What you need. How you’re feeling. When to push. When to soften. When it’s time to get back on your mat.
Turns out, becoming a yoga person isn’t really about getting better at yoga. It’s about getting better at knowing yourself.

Isn't it funny how our minds work? We walk into a room convinced everyone is watching us, when in reality, most people are thinking about the exact same things.
🤔 Am I doing this right?
🤔 Should I take a break?
🤔 Why is it so hot in here?
The beautiful thing about our hot room is that it isn't built on perfection. It's built on people showing up exactly as they are.
Everyone walks in carrying something different. A stressful week, a busy mind, tired body, excitement, nerves... whatever it is, it belongs here.
And that's why you'll never be judged for taking a break, modifying a posture, or simply doing your best. We're all here for the same reason: to leave feeling a little lighter than when we arrived.
