Now the distractions are gone.
Monday is when consistency starts.
Not perfection.
Not extremes.
Just showing up.
Your health journey doesnât need a perfect date â it needs a decision.
Make it Monday.
Aging well requires a clear picture of who you are becoming, not just what youâre doing.

Happy Sunday Everyone!
Did you know you can make smiling something you can do at Will( changing your mood)regardless of the situation? Think about the power in having the ability to change your mood when you need to! .
First, I encourage you to practice first thing in the morning. .
Take 3 deep breaths then SMILE for at least 10 seconds prior to getting out of bed! You will be amazed at how it will make you feel! After you stop laughing at yourself you will definitely start the day in a good mood! .
As your day progresses and you feel, stressed, irritated or down! Stop, take three deep breaths then SMILE for at least 10 seconds!
After doing this habitually for a while you will develop the ability to control your mood at the start of your day and change your mood throughout the day at will when needed!đđ Try it! .
Get into the HABIT of smiling!
