Confronting wrongdoing—at home or at work—isn’t about being confrontational, it’s about being responsible. When harmful or inappropriate behavior goes unaddressed, it quietly becomes accepted, and over time it erodes trust, standards, and respect. People don’t respect leaders, parents, or partners who look the other way; they respect those who are willing to have the uncomfortable conversation to protect what’s right. Addressing issues early preserves credibility, reinforces values, and sets clear boundaries that people can count on. In the long run, confronting the issue doesn’t damage relationships—it actually strengthens them by creating clarity, accountability, and mutual respect.

Now the distractions are gone.

Monday is when consistency starts.
Not perfection.

Happy Sunday Everyone!



Did you know you can make smiling something you can do at Will( changing your mood)regardless of the situation? Think about the power in having the ability to change your mood when you need to! .

First, I encourage you to practice first thing in the morning. .
Take 3 deep breaths then SMILE for at least 10 seconds prior to getting out of bed! You will be amazed at how it will make you feel! After you stop laughing at yourself you will definitely start the day in a good mood! .
As your day progresses and you feel, stressed, irritated or down! Stop, take three deep breaths then SMILE for at least 10 seconds!

After doing this habitually for a while you will develop the ability to control your mood at the start of your day and change your mood throughout the day at will when needed!📗😆 Try it! .
Get into the HABIT of smiling!
