Our sincerest condolences to the family and friends of Darren Maguire. Darren was very kind and helpful to the dancers at Rose Academy, from young beginners to advanced adults. He will be missed but never forgotten! 🩷

January is a great time to join classes at Rose Academy! We are now enrolling new beginners aged 5 through adult.

Rose Academy offers classes for beginners through championship, solo and team, competitive and performance dances! Learn about Irish dance and culture, meet new friends, and have fun exercising.

Yesterday, the Kelly Family and Irish Dance community celebrated the life of Mrs Joan Kelly. Mrs Kelly taught me how to be a champion dancer, a humble competitor, a dance teacher, a loving mentor, and a strong woman leader.

I love her and she will be missed, but never forgotten. 🩷

For December and January, we are proud to announce TWO Students of the Month!

Congratulations to our Student of the Month Maeve! 🥳

Maeve is 11 years old and has been dancing for just over a year.

Maeve was chosen as Student for the Month for many reasons!

One reason is that she participated in the most 2024 St. Patrick’s Day performances - 20 total performances!

Another reason is that she competed at the WUSR Oireachtas last month in both the Traditional Set and Ceili competitions. She has worked hard in the short time she has been dancing and crushed their goals!
