“FAST TIMES”, WEEK 2: We’re rolling onward with Monday “DENSITIES”. Lots of work in a concentrated amount of time.

Building strength with kettlebell jerks. While the barbell is great, it’s limited. Free weights like kettlebells and dumbbells allow for a more complete, free range of motion and drastically increase the stabilizing demands on the shoulder and core muscles.
