Congratulations to our women’s open, women’s 40+, women’s 50+, and men’s 60+ teams for taking home the title! We are proud to be a part of such a competitive and talented field of runners in San Diego. Thank you to everyone who makes this series great, see you all in the spring!

🚨Age Group Alert!🚨 Happiest of birthdays to as she officially becomes a masters runner!! Karla is one of the kindest, humblest, hardest working runners you’ll ever meet, and we’re honored to have her as a teammate and friend!! She’s already off to an amazing start in this year’s Dirt Dog cross country series, and we can’t wait to see all of her awesome races still to come!!

We kicked off the dirt dog series this morning at the Wild Duck 5k! So many phenomenal performances displayed on the dirt trails out there 💪👊

Huge congrats to our very own for WINNING the Balboa 8 miler this morning!! That course is no joke and Karla showed grit and strength the entire 8 miles. We are so proud 🥹

Today’s great workout brought to you by sunshine and our workout leprechauns, Paul O’Wellman and Dan McSeidel. They gave us all some Lake Miramar magic today!

What a day at the San Diego Leprechaun Run 5K! We kicked off the 2023 LDR Road Series with a big happy group and a lot of great performances! Major shout outs to Madeline Haupert, who was the women’s overall winner in her first race for PRT, and to age group winners Jeff Tomaszewski, Dick Robinson, Angela Moll, and Amy Halseth! But there was strong racing throughout the roster too! Here are the overall team results:

One for the record books last Saturday night! put on a great event in San Juan Capistrano and PRT was able to be a part of it in the community mixed 10,000m race! We would like to believe we set the stage for the later events of the night where American & British national records were set on the Women's side. Whether or not that was true, it was such a fun event to be a part of and witness as fans. Many of our own personal records were set Saturday too!

Rain✅ Cold✅ Wind✅… but they weren’t going to stop us from having a great workout at the lake! Yucky conditions are no problem when you get to run with wonderful teammates!!

We’re very excited to celebrate as he turns 40 and moves up to masters running! Chris is one of the nicest and hardest working runners you’ll ever meet, and has been crushing it in open competition, earning our men’s open team MVP honors for 2022! He’s gonna make some big waves in masters racing, and we’re looking forward to training and racing with him as he competes in a new division. Happy birthday, Chris! Onward and upwards!!
