The health and wellness field is completely over run with new concepts, modalities and ideas. It’ time to get back to the basics. RESILIENCE offers 70 classes a week of both yoga and high intensity interval training. Our training methodology is simple. Functional conscious movement that builds resilience in mind and body. We embody ten core principles or RESILIENCE on our mats, in the gym, and out in the world.
