Pull up- 10 reps
Push up- 20 reps
Standing lat pushdown 3x12
Single arm cable lateral raise 3x10 each
Side plank cable row 3x10 each
Short on time today but still got in most of my workout!
Very non fatiguing workout - you just get a little bit of everything.

Single arm / single leg hinge + row 3x6 each
Single leg low to high chop 3x6 each
Feels good to be hitting legs again! Tweaked my back in mid June after a day of golf and basketball. Had to take some time away from having a barbell on my back but we’re back! Slowly building.

Golfers... Are You Tired?
Tired Of:
📏 Getting outdriven by your buddies?
🥱 Getting gassed before the end of your round, causing you to lose focus and play bad?
🤕 Having pain in your back, hips, shoulders, or knees, due to the repetitive nature of the golf swing?
Well I know I was tired of this when it was happening to me.
But I wasn't going to let this just be "something that happens to me" as a result of playing golf.
I was determined to change my circumstances, because I love the game of golf and I wasn't going to accept that as my reality.
I wanted to be:
👋 Outdriving my buddies
😁 Having energy all 18 holes
🐦 Playing well
💪 Pain free!
I did it, but didn't happen overnight, and I am still not where I want to be, but progress is like a drug, and I want more of it!
I also want to SHARE that drug (progress) with other fellow golfers who need that FIX!

For anyone who wants to know a bit more about who I am, I wrote a short article about my fitness and golf story.

John Wooden, a legendary coach, preached the fundamentals of basketball.
Even working with elite basketball players, he not only taught them how to do a proper chest pass, but how to put their socks on correct so their feet wouldn’t blister.
The fundamental exercises of strength training are in this video (or “chest pass” if you will)
These exercises (or any variation of them) can be used to make anyone stronger.
I’m not saying these are the only exercises you should be doing… but it should be the meat and potatoes of a training program for anyone looking to build muscle effectively in the gym.
