- I always struggle with controlling what I consume. Mainly because these foods made me feel good and momentarily happy. In the long run these food choices and portions will harm your health and physique. I found it easier to just cut things back. Eat sweets and big portions in moderation. Overall make small changes and pick better choices consciously

- I NEVER FORGET my lowest points. Their has been many times I have been in shape and many times I was out of shape. Yo Yo Dieting was my issue. I honestly know that the physique I currently have I better then the general population, but I owe it to myself to become better and see my limits. Being bad with my diet has always hold me back from reaching sub 10% body fat, but thatโs ok. Iโm fixing now and steadily getting there. WE CAN ALL DO IT.
