ABOUT THE TEACHER: Aulani Chun received both a BA and MA in dance from CSU Long Beach. She has professionally performed as a principle dancer in the musical Kismet in various cities across the US. Additionally, Aulani performed in, A Chorus Line, and a national touring company of King and I starring Yul Brynner. Furthermore, she has performed in several television shows and movies. Aulani has taught dance for California State University, Los Angeles, California State University, Long Beach, University of California, Irvine, and Cal Arts to name a few. Presently, Aulani is an emeritus professor of dance at San Diego Mesa College where she is teaching Pilates.

Karina Johnson has been dancing since she was 3 years old. She started to choreograph her own dances in the 5th grade. She continued on to choreograph for her high school musical theatre conservatory many times, where she truly found her passion for creating. She has trained at Rap A Tap Center For The Arts, where she is now an administrator and teacher. She has a passion for choreography and dance and is so excited to share her work with you.

Audrey Bondoc is a native San Diegan and Mesa alumni. A former dancer with Unity Dance Ensemble and a graduate from San Francisco State University. Angela Moran is a dance professor, choreographer and yoga teacher. She’s been an artist for more than twenty years and is trained in multiple dance styles including jazz, hip hop, ballet, African, Latin, modern and house. Angela studied at Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, WA, danced with Culture Shock San Diego Dance Troupe, and received her MFA in Interdisciplinary Arts at The California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. She has also lived, danced and taught abroad in Asia & Europe. She completed her 500hr yoga teacher training in Bali, Indonesia. Angela thoroughly enjoys sharing her passion for music, movement and community both nationally and internationally.

Faith Jensen-Ismay has an extensive history as a dancer, teacher, and choreographer working throughout the entire county of San Diego and beyond. She is a founding Director of Mojalet (1991) and became the Artistic Director in 1997, presenting her work and performing in Mexico, Switzerland, London, France, and Germany, as well as the East and West Coasts. Currently, Faith is dance faculty at San Diego Mesa College and offers classes through Mojalet Dance Collective in Rancho Bernardo at "The Vine" and Arts for Learning San Diego, a Young Audiences affiliate.
