Hey awesome campers, we’ve been getting questions about what we are doing at FBF to help prepare for and prevent the possible spread of the Coronavirus, so here is a quick update and some tips:

First, if you are not feeling well and/or suspect you may be sick with this or any other virus, please stay home. We know you love your workouts, but your health and the health of all our members and coaches is our #1 priority.

We regularly clean all studio surfaces and we will continue to disinfect weights and other equipment as often as possible.

We encourage all clients and coaches to wash hands before and after workouts with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

Finally, this time is a good reminder for all of us to focus on our overall health by staying hydrated, eating nutritious and vitamin-packed foods, and getting plenty of sleep. Stay healthy! 🙂

We had a great group join us for our fall prevention workshop on Saturday to kick off Falls Prevention Awareness Week! One in four adults age 65 and over falls each year. But the good news? Falls ARE largely PREVENTABLE and an exercise program that includes strength and balance training can help keep you on your feet.
