Pain is the awareness switch. The attention getter.

When something hurts pay attention to it. But donโ€™t forget to look at the rest of the body

Pain is very often where something ended up, not where it started. Itโ€™s the end of the compensation chain. Focus on areas that donโ€™t hurt and you will often find that pain site feels better too. Bonus plan.

Treat pain, but donโ€™t chase it. Better yet, treat the human being with the pain. That will work out better
