Pain is the awareness switch. The attention getter.
When something hurts pay attention to it. But don’t forget to look at the rest of the body
Pain is very often where something ended up, not where it started. It’s the end of the compensation chain. Focus on areas that don’t hurt and you will often find that pain site feels better too. Bonus plan.
Treat pain, but don’t chase it. Better yet, treat the human being with the pain. That will work out better
