9 months in 9 months out 💪❤️
Been a while since i posted, i wanted to share with you my own body transformation!
So blessed for having a healthy happy baby 🙏🧿
And a healthy Body!
Being a Mom plus working evn if it s remotely is not easy, but i promised myself by 9 months i will be back to my pre pregnancy body shape, i found time even for 30 mns during the day for myself ! I trained Once or twice a week with my trainer who keeps me motivated and pushes me to workout harder, and other days, i ll be my own trainer. Here I am today looking even better 💪❤️ so thankful for my supportive husband and so proud of myself!
