Announcement:
Starting May 1st I will be taking 10 new people on for an at home fitness program called Lean and Shred!

What you get:

This is a progressive series that takes you through different stages of metabolism to develop lean muscle that will help create defined lines to feel confident and healthy.

Month 1: fat burn and definition, Learn how to meal prep, count calories and customize your meal plan

Month 2: Build Muscle through compound movements and twist on tradition movements, meal prep on a more advance level and understand what foods will help you achieve your goal

Month 3: High Intensity Muscle Building and Fat Burning overload to achieve the ability to utilize fatty acids at higher intensities (AKA burn fat longer)

-Fat Burning is the main component of this program. The goal is to increase your fat burning capabilities

-Leans Muscle is developed through a progressive series

-I will give guide you in a customized meal plan that you will help develop for yourself to learn how to eat and prepare food for your goal

There is limited space and Its first come first serve

Here is what I am looking for:

**no injuries that need professional rehabilitation
**Diseases that can be aggravated during exercise (excluding CVD and diabetes...I can work with you under approval of your doctor)
**Must be 21-50 years old
**Must be willing to count calories
**Must be willing to take before and after pictures
**Must be willing to stay committed and follow directions

Testing to come soon to give real time information about your ability to burn fat, and how to determine if you are working out hard enough to get results based off of your oxygen in and CO2 out.... the equipment is expensive but it takes guessing out and lets you know where you are exactly at instead of guesstimating it or using unreliable technology like fitbits and other wearable tech.

We got your back! Here is a tip on developing back- shoulder health.

The position of your shoulder blade determines the pull of your back muscles.

The healthier your shoulder the better you can position the shoulder blade to get full pull and squeeze on your shoulder.

Elevated shoulders (this picture has a left shoulder elevated) needs to be addressed to prevent dominant side training and increases in weakness.

Train smart and made better performance and physique!!

🥇Client spotlight🥇⁣

🚨Eric came to me 1 year ago with a bulging disc, back problems, and hip impingement. He weighed at 250 lbs. ⁣

😬To give you an idea of what he went through: couldn’t bend over to tie his shoes, sold his truck because the ride flared his back up, and slept on the floor because it was the only way he could get to sleep without pain. ⁣

🙅🏻‍♂️Today Eric still suffers from a bulging disc, but despite this he can now tie his shoes, bench press heavy, perform squats, sleep in his bed, and have a normal life. Oh yeh he went from 250 lbs to 170lbs. and has only 13% body fat. ⁣

⭐️At 38 years old Eric did not accept that his back will prevent him from living a normal life. He took the INITIATIVE and DEDICATED himself to fixing his back and weight. I am truly honored to be able to help out such a positive individual. ⁣

🏋🏿‍♀️Full Body encompasses compound movements or exercises that incorporate multiple muscles. This allows for more calories burned, increased core strength and synchronization of the full body. ⁣

💁🏽‍♂️In other words you burn fat, increase intensity, and create a more functional body. 😁⁣

Got to highlight this hard working individual who just completed the second to last phase of getting a pull-up, which is her goal!!!!

If you are on Instagram make sure you follow for information on how to get pull-ups, eat healthier and get the most out of your workouts.

This women has had joint ailments from head to toe and I am proud to say she is almost cured except for a knee issue that stems from genetics and a slight shoulder issue that can now handle the load of the skinny orange band for pull ups! She has never stopped and continue to work hard instead of making excuses. She understands it takes knowledge, grit, consistency and huge dedication to get to her idea body weight and physique. Believe me when I say Tishna is a motivator.

Stop squatting incorrectly!!! Forward leans in squat can be a sign you have right hip flexors, poor glute activation, and weak core. Here is a great exercise to fix your squats. Walk out for more resistance.
