Anybody have any interest? Please comment below or shoot me a DM if I can get five or six kids, we can give it a shot once baseball season is over

The 12% Miracle
I just saw this video of Elon Musk talking about how most people put on ventilators didn’t make it. It hit home because, during the height of everything, I was one of them.
It was 12:15 AM when they told me they were putting me under. I had a 12% ejection fraction. My heart was barely flickering. I was in full-blown ARDS, my liver was failing, and my kidneys had shut down. Four-organ failure.
The doctors don’t usually tell you flat out that you’re going to die, but I asked mine anyway. His only response? “I’m cautiously optimistic.” They gave me a few minutes to say goodbye. I sent the same text to the people closest to me: “I’m going on the respirator. I love you.🤞” Then, the world went black.
Three days later, I did the one thing nobody expected: I woke up.
But that night, something happened that I can’t explain away with science. I remember floating above my own body, looking down at “Chris” on that bed. I saw the nurse walk in and gasp, “Oh no, Chris.” Then I saw them pull the sheet over my head.
I was terrified. I had always been into Buddhism, and my first panicked thought was, “I don’t want to be reincarnated as a water buffalo.” Then I thought, “I’m not going down that hallway. I’m not becoming a ghost in this hospital.”
Finally, I did something I had never done in my life. I prayed. It was a selfish, desperate prayer: “Jesus, please... I want to go to the same Heaven as my friends.”
The second those words left my spirit, I was back. I snapped into my body, turned my head, and saw the alarms screaming and a sea of doctors and nurses diving into action. I passed out again, but this time, I knew. I knew I was going to live.
Before that night, I’d been in a church three times in my life. Now? I’m there every Sunday. I don’t care about the debates or the fine print. I don’t need to dissect the theology. All I know is that when I called out to Him, He answered. The odds said I was a dead man. God said He had more plans for my life.
