When you start your fitness journey there is no end date, it doesn’t stop. When you tell yourself that all you need is 4 weeks and then you’ll have “abs” you’ve already capped your potential, your progress, and your possibilities.
When you decide to commit to working out and fueling your body there is not end date, you keep on going! Goal setting is amazing to help you keep going, stay motivated, and push yourself. Fundamentally you don’t just “stop”! Have you ever wondered why F45 memberships are 6-12 months along with challenges and shreds to keep you motivated, challenged, and progressing? Doing the proper technique prevents injuries! As you lift heavy loads, there is a chance your body will come out of alignment, which will put your muscles, joints, and tendons in positions that could result in tests and strains. What is the importance of pull ups?! Why the heck do we do them??
🔴It’s an effective compound exercise, targeting several muscles at once
🔵You can target different muscles from different angles. A close grip targets your lats and biceps. A wider grip targets your traps and back. Extending your legs targets your midsection and lower back!

Well, here we are. Cut, sore, hurt, tired, muddy, electrified, BUT spirits not broken! today brought out the best in our TEAM and !
Some of the obstacles faced were a bit easy, like the sandbag carry. Yet others truly tested our will power and fear like the . One by one, our Mudders made the jump to the cargo net. All but one. Then, as if instinctive, we all banded together and gave that faith through confident cheers to allow our last teammate to make the jump!
Today was a galvanizing moment. We cut our teeth together, we grew as a family! In fact, we added a new member to our family today! Hanging in the back there is our main man Curtis ! Curtis seemed to keep stride with us obstacle by obstacle. We noticed him running solo, and cheered him on too! And, now it’s official, welcome to the Curtis! ❤️
