[11/27/13]   Supervisor Position for Trampoline Park (chula vista)
"JUMP AROUND NOW" is launching the largest and one of a kind Trampoline park in southern California (San Diego, South bay). Our management is looking to hire talented Supervisors for the upcoming facility in Chula Vista, CA. The candidate will be directly responsible for overseeing daily operations at our Park. Please see below requirements:

1. Minimum two years of supervising experience required
2. Must be proficient in general computer skills
3. Have the knowledge of social media marketing techniques such as Facebook, Twitter etc
4. Preferably have a work experience at a Trampoline park
5. Skills such as excellent verbal, written, organizational, problem solving, and follow through.
7. Ability to train, motivate and interact with other supervisors and coworkers.

1. Daily supervision, training, motivation, discipline and development of all staff members.
2. Train and enforce established standards, processes and procedures.
3. Resolve all guest issues/complaints in an efficient yet professional manner.
4. Supervise the completion of daily check lists.
5. Scheduling the floor monitor positions on a weekly basis.
6. Must be able to work closing shift, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
7. Schedule the pre-planning for all birthday parties, Corporate events, Schools, Churches
8. Make reservations for parties / events
9. Maintain and be responsible for handling bank and all cash transactions.
10. Safety monitoring for guest and employees
11. Continuously work on increasing revenues from various avenues and reaching goals

Bachelors in Management or similar. High School diploma is the minimum to be qualified for this position. Candidate must be able to pass CPR and First Aid certification upon hire.

An attractive compensation will be offered to the suitable candidates. Compensation is based on individual qualifications/experience. This is a full-time position offered at our Chula Vista facility.
