No one tells you this but a healthy pregnancy is not about doing everything perfectly… it’s about doing a few things consistently.

This pregnancy I focused on simple habits and it made all the difference in how I feel, my energy, and yes… even how I managed my weight gain.

Here’s what worked for me:
• walking daily (nothing crazy, just moving)
• lifting weights a few times a week
• being mindful about what I put into my body
