Down 31 pounds--Richelle dropped the weight despite being an extremely busy dental school student! 🦷🪥
Prior to working with me, Richelle wasn’t motivated to work towards her health goals. The solutions she tried (fasting, going cold turkey, etc.) weren’t sustainable and learning about health and fitness on her own was pretty challenging because she didn’t have the time to design her workouts or meal plans.
“There’s more to your physical appearance than avoiding carbs or rigorous workouts. Fixing my sleep and drinking enough water were just as important!
"I feel a lot more energized now! And I don’t find myself craving food as much/eating sugar.

Busy working so hard that you forgot to eat? 😳
It happens to the best of us. But if you're not seeing progress, undereating could be a factor.
Not eating enough means your body isn't getting the amount of energy it needs to function.

You don't need hours on hours of training to get results.
Might it help get there faster? Yes. But not having a lot of time to workout should not stop you from reaching your fitness goal. 😤
Spending even just 20-30 minutes a day doing moderate physical activity (aka really getting your sweat on), will still help you in your health journey.
Don't let your long working hours keep you from reaching your full potential 💪🏾
