Anyone who is interested in a legit beach volleyball workout group see below:

"Wanted to let you know that we, Rudy Thomas and I, have teamed up to start another pro beach vball training group. We started this week and had a great turn out so far. You and any others are welcome to join. Tell anyone interested that they are welcome to try the training for as long as they want at no charge. Once they want to commit to the 6-9 weeks then we can talk about payment. We train Mon/Wed 5:30-7pm. There is also a third day option on Tues/Thurs/Fri for no extra cost. Please let me know if you or anyone else are interested and if you have any questions.
