Most coaches will tell you that you can’t build muscle or shed down naturally, effectively. This is because their skillset working with natural athletes, it’s a whole different process. If you know what you’re doing as a coach, you can definitely build muscles effectively and cut down effectively. Most coaches will give you a cookie-cutter approach, and this is why their clients dont progress effectively. As a natural there’s a lot of factors that will keep you from benefitting efficiently from a cookie cutter approach. You have to effectively be promoting fat loss/ muscle growth each day by manipulating the physical states you’re in. This is done with direct coaching, adjustments, and manipulation of diet and training factors to ensure each day on the program is efficient. Stop working with coaches who are not consistently providing clients with results and stop falling victim to good marketing from weak coaches. Instead hire a coach with a portfolio of work and consistency with providing clients with progress. Also, if you’re going to be natural, maybe you should work with a coach who is showing you they can efficiently help naturals progress. Not just one you’re seeing help athletes who are not natural, promoting to you that you will get the same results

seeing some great results in such a short time. What’s even more impressive is that she’s accomplishing this with just 100 cals short of DOUBLE the calories from her last cutting program (different coach).
Because of the low cal approach that was implemented before, I thought it best to start her on a pyramid approach with cals. So we would start our cut increasing calories and optimizing metabolism. This will allow long term progress. We have been getting an amazing response from the start and I have added cals twice. After this week I will be adding an additional 150-200 cals which would put her above double the calories from her last cutting program and making even more optimal progress along with an optimized metabolism. Her hunger has spiked since adding the food, Body fat is down, strength is up, calories are doubled, let’s get ABSTHETIC!!

When you sign up for a program you sign up for results. You don’t sign up just to get a diet or a training program. Though it seems lately that everyone is promising results. You sign up, don’t get what you worked for and are left with a mistrust in coaches or other diet programs. We’ll this is because most of the time you’re not really getting someone that has the skill set to really help you meet you’re goals. Instead you get someone pushing a very low under 1000 calorie diet or excessive 2 hour sessions at the gym with an hour of cardio. RUN AWAY WHEN YOU SEE THIS!!!

Yes!!! was able to place in every class and walk away with 2 first place wins and an overall in her first show 👏🏼👏🏼 all on her birthday!! 🎉🎉 what a gift to herself. She truly earned the 4 medals and a trophy she walked away with. She stood dedicated and committed and it showed every second on stage. When you have a client that follows the plan you get amazing results
