seeing some great results in such a short time. What’s even more impressive is that she’s accomplishing this with just 100 cals short of DOUBLE the calories from her last cutting program (different coach).
Because of the low cal approach that was implemented before, I thought it best to start her on a pyramid approach with cals. So we would start our cut increasing calories and optimizing metabolism. This will allow long term progress. We have been getting an amazing response from the start and I have added cals twice. After this week I will be adding an additional 150-200 cals which would put her above double the calories from her last cutting program and making even more optimal progress along with an optimized metabolism. Her hunger has spiked since adding the food, Body fat is down, strength is up, calories are doubled, let’s get ABSTHETIC!!

You can grow naturally and efficiently but you have to approach the process with more consistency than you would a fat loss program. This is because results are much slower. You can’t build as much muscle in a month as you could burn off body fat. We don’t like to use the word weightloss often. We believe there’s only one form of weight most clients are looking to burn off and that is body fat. Reducing more than one type of weight would be burning body fat along with the other factors that make up weight reduction like
WATER WEIGHT (temporary, and what most trainers get you for those first two weeks then for some reason you get it all back when you stop the program after two months because you’re no longer burning off weight, yea that’s because you have already reduced your water weight and your coach doesn’t really know how to manage CONTINUED fat loss)
GLYCOGEN LOAD WEIGHT (temporary, usual lower carb approach will naturally lower your glycogen storage levels compared to what you were most likely eating before you started a program)
And the worse MUSCLE LOSS (permanent, though it can be grown back, muscle loss is muscle lost. All the work you did gone because a coach couldn’t manage muscle and shape retention while trying to burn off body fat, why, because they wanted the scale to move so they put you on a very low cal, catabolic, metabolically damaging diet program chasing...weightloss 👎🏼👎🏼)
There’s other factors that attribute to weight like cell volume, food waste levels, etc but I focused on the ones we fluctuate on most often in this caption

Stop getting slim fast results (lost of 30+ pounds only to look skinny and unhealthy) instead hire a coach who knows how to keep fat loss going past the initial plateaus without having to hurt your metabolism or put you in an unpractical plan that isn’t sustainable to follow or learn from that will only serve to burn off as much muscle as it does fat
