Inner City Athletic Program partnered with BIPOC Support Foundation's Explore Next Door Summer Camp at Valencia Park Elementary School. A Sugary Drink Presentation, exercise & stretching, and kickball and our version of the summer Olympics!

Inner City Athletic Program's summer program continues its success providing lessons in nutrition, college & careers, teamwork, exercises, and physical activities. Fun in the sun!

Inner City Athletic Program partnered with Paul E. Kidd Good Shepard United AME Church at Admiral Baker Park on Easter Sunday for "Praise in the Park." Great service, Easter egg hunt, lunch from Bonnie's B Smokin restaurant, and fun & games with ICAP.

Inner City Athletic Program's "Rising Stars" 8-week summer program at Balboa Park and Hollywood Community Park was a great success! Our youth participated in physical activities, games, stretching & exercises, lessons on social & coping skills, and nutrition. At the end of each day we had a free raffle of prizes. For our end of summer celebration we took 20 youth to the Sky Zone!

Inner City Athletic Program took over 20 kids to the Sky Zone for our end of summer program celebration! Thanks to some of the parents assistance, everyone had Big FUN!

This Saturday, July 24th, the free San Diego Youth Carnival will be held at the Jacobs Center.

Our Terrific Tuesdays at Balboa Park and Thrilling Thursdays at Hollywood Community Park, are thriving. Unfortunately, our Wonderful Wednesdays have been canceled due to Willie Henderson Sports Complex's closure. We have no access to the parking lots, office, or restrooms. Apparently, there was a fire at the office building. ICAP ends each day with a free raffle of prizes!

Inner City Athletic Program would like to congratulate Allyson Felix for making her 5th USA Olympic Team. Winner of 9 Olympic medals, we look forward to you adding to your collection!

Inner City Athletic Program made some changes to our Rising Stars summer program's hours. We will conduct our program from 10am to 1pm. A free lunch will be provided to all participants. Looking forward to a lot of fun and end of the day raffles!

Inner City Athletic Program is looking forward to re-starting our reimagined program due to COVID-19. We shall continue our program when it is deemed safe for all involved.
