Mesa Rim Community,
During the Nationwide Shutdown on Friday, Jan 30th, all Mesa Rim locations will remain open and we will be donating 100% of proceeds to the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota ().
We are doing this to stand in solidarity with those demanding accountability and reform for ICE and federal enforcement practices. We understand some may be disappointed that we are not closing entirely to participate in the National Shutdown. This was not an easy decision, but we ultimately decided to remain open to balance operating with integrity during times of tragedy and injustice, respecting the wishes of staff who want to work, and continuing to provide access to our community when safe, supportive spaces are especially needed.
We fully support staff participating in the shutdown, and anyone scheduled to work on Friday may choose to take the day off. As a result, some locations may adjust their hours based on staffing availability. Please check our website and social media for updates on any changes to gym hours.

If you follow any of our San Diego locations you might have already heard the news, but we are excited to share with you all that the Mesa Rim DEI Taskforce, along with our amazing teams at Mira Mesa, Mission Valley, North City and Reno are pleased to announce the pilot offering of Sensory Friendly Mornings!
