How do you Ceviche?
Yellowtail Ceviche! 🎣
So simple…so delicious!
Recipe:
1-1.5 lb Yellowtail
1 cup fresh squeezed 🍋 juice
1 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup dice tomatoes 🍅
1/4 sliced red onion
Soak Yellowtail for 1-2 hours in fidge or overnight if you forget like me. Drain juice, add chopped 🍅 tomatoes and thinly sliced red onion and salt to taste, stir and enjoy with tortilla chips!
Pro tip 🤣: Add cilantro, red pepper flakes and diced avocado!

Couldn’t think of a better way to break in my YETI] cooler. Transporting the 💣 🍣 and keeping it cold was simple!
