Today's WOD is a perfect combo of metabolic conditioning and strength.

Light weight barbell movements are a great way to get in metabolic conditioning as well as warming up for heavier lifts. Combined with double under jump rope and burpees, this 16-minute AMRAP is sure to get your heart rate up!

You'll be primed to work on a heavy Hang Squat Sn**ch afterward.

โ€œSince stepping foot at Turnpoint, I can 100% say I am a better athlete. Being surrounded by amazing coaches and and other athletes has made it so much fun to crush WODs everyday.

A HUGE bonus is that my husband and I get to do this together. He is so good at this sport and getting to workout beside him is very motivating. Sometimes I even get to beat him at a WOD or two๐Ÿ˜. He makes me want to perform at my best, pushes me to go out of my comfort zone, and always cheers me on.
