Just a little reminder…✨
Resilience isn’t found—it’s built. Helping women cultivate it through faith, purpose, and evidence based movement.
Helping busy women reclaim purpose, presence, and peace—one breath, one step, one movement at a time.

Just a little reminder…✨

Nobody talks about this part of healing…
Losing independence will humble you REAL fast. Like… why is getting a glass of water or going to the bathroom a full production??
1. Healing is actually boring
No adrenaline. No sweat. Just vibes, swelling, and forced patience 😭
2. You can’t “push through” recovery
Trust me… I tried.
3. Stillness is loud
And in that stillness… there’s a different kind of strength being built.
4. This version of strength looks nothing like the old one
No grind. No hustle. Just surrender… which can be harder.
5. You can be soft and strong at the same time
This version of me isn’t pushing… she’s receiving.
Also… shoutout to my knee scooter for becoming my entire personality 🛴 💅🏾😮💨
Day 2 🤍
I have to put in a little extra effort right now…moving in simple ways while healing after foot surgery.
I just got my , and honestly—it’s given me a little more freedom (and a little fun!!)
But I’m still not able to jump into full workouts.
It’s not intense.
It’s not perfect.
It’s intentional.
It’s what I can do right now.
A few moments of movement…
some mobility…
a lot of listening to my body…
and moments of stillness in between.
Between mom life, recovery, and everything else—showing up looks different right now.
Quiet.
Simple.
Consistent.
Tiny steps over big wins.
And right now… that’s enough.
Share if you or someone you love is in a slower season right now 🫶🏾

Two days before birth → Two years of rebuilding.
The first was taken two days before I delivered my daughter.
The second — two years later, after rebuilding my core slowly, patiently, and with intention.
What most people don’t see is the space in between.
The breathwork.
The small strength sessions.
The days I had to start again.
Real core strength after motherhood isn’t rushed.
It’s rebuilt — layer by layer.
Small steps.
Deep patience.
Stewarding the body you’ve been given.
Two years later, I’m stronger.
But I’m still building.
And honestly… that’s the beautiful part.
