I spilled my fresh brewed espresso all over the floor moments before either was teaching a virtual private today. I cleaned it up quickly, but apparently not good enough.

Little Fiona LOVES the small of espresso and was more than happy to roll around in the sticky mess! 😻☕

Fast forward of a roughly 10 minute quick workout I did between clients 😀

Sometimes, I'll do a bunch of little workouts if i don't have an entire hour to dedicate to myself. Honestly, it really helps to rejuvenate me and boost my energy on long days of teaching!

We all NEED this! ⬆️⬆️⬆️

Grab your roller, get on the floor, and extend your spine! We live in a world where we are constantly looking down at our phones, computers, dishes, children, and what not. This leads to forward head syndrome, rounded shoulders, and hump back. The roller can help undo some of that!

Leave a comment below if your try it!

The propriceptve feedback of the back foot against the wall is 💯 This helps the person feel "square" through the hips and two different lines of oppositional energy. As the arm is reaching forwards, you need to also push through the back heel.

I love working with different lines of energy when training clients! It's so effective!

Most of us move our spine in a forwards and backwards motion throughout the day, but many ofus do not move in side to side or rotational manner.

One of the reasons I love Pilates is because the exercises challenge the body (and 🧠) in all planes of movement. Our spine benefits from these ranges of motion because this helps build strength, improve mobility, and keep our disc's happy.
