New Training Cycle begins March 31st. 🏋️♂️
For the two weeks between the Open and the beginning of the new cycle, we’ve been establishing current rep maxes for these lifts in tandem with coaches programming week which means that we’ve seen all of our coaches favorite movements, skills and workout tests. It’s been a wild ride!
We are going all in on the strength for the next few months as we progress through the classic lifts like Back Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift and Shoulder Press.
This is a tried a true program courtesy of our Head Coach that has been proven year after year. 💪🏼

All the Friday Night Lights fun! 🏋️♂️🎉🟥🟨🟦🟩
We have 67 athletes that have signed up for the in-house Humanity team competition and each came ready to give their best effort for Open workout 25.1. Some athletes went one and done on the workout while others went for 2 or 3 additional attempts and gaining more reps each time!
It was good vibes and a great workout for the start of the Open season at CrossFit Humanity.

Open Season has begun and the battle of the teams is back at Humanity! 🏋️♂️💪🏼
And there are a bunch of way for you to earn points for your team! Everything from your open performance to logging your score before the Monday deadline and dressing up each week during our Friday Night Lights workout party!
The team rosters are being finalized and will be updated and announced this Wednesday and Thursday (via social media and newsletter) so stay tuned!
