KMF will be having an 8 weeks weight loss competition starting April 4th. 🙌
Weigh-ins: Week of April 4th
Entry fee: $45
This will challenge will have structured teams to keep you accountable during the challenge. We will be holding a one time nutrition class for this competition. 🥦Message us with any questions or concerns!

🙌 You can still enjoy your favorite foods while dieting!
🔑 Here some tips on how to enjoy your favorite foods:
- Portion your snacks and food before indulging
- Cut back to only one or two times a week. Look forward to it as a treat for yourself. You’ll enjoy it way more.
- Exercise a little longer or increase the intensity of your workout, when you know you’re going to have your favorite foods.
- Add some satiating fruits or vegetables🥦
- If you want your favorite foods, then do not deprive yourself. Enjoy it and get back on track after! 🙌
