Where have you been all my life?

Every class has been a stellar experience!

After a 9 month hiatus from exercise, I decided to get back into my body and I purchased a Groupon for this studio.
Thought it was going to be "regular" Pilates, with which I've had years of experience.

Heck no!

This is Pilates "taken up a notch" and SO much fun and challenging.

The classes are taught with thoughtfulness, great cues, smooth flow & transition, and lively awesome music.

Every single one of these instructors are SO damn good.... Each offering their own spin and teaching style, yet they are incredibly mindful and keep a keen eye out for your safety in achieving the ultimate workout.

Out of my unlimited 30 days, I've gone 19 times in 24 days so far.

Can't get enough.
My body is squealing w delight.

Another In-Home Workout!

Coming at you with another awesome home workout. You can do this one with a slam ball if you have it or a pillow or something else light and semi-weighted you can throw at the ground. Get creative if you have to and join @debyekcas for another great in-home workout.


Time for another workout challenge! But this one has a couple different ways you can challenge yourself. Spell your first name and you might break a sweat. Spell your first and last name and push yourself a little harder. Or spell your full name to really get a workout in! It’s up to you. Relish in the fact that despite all this, we are still able to celebrate the joy of moving our bodies. Good luck!

Repost @debyekcas For my clients who say they can’t seem to get off the is a quick sculpting workout you can do while still binge watching the Tiger King and drinking your coffee (or wine 🍷). 1 minute per exercise, all the way through then switch excuses and yes, this will burn 🔥
