Did you know the Pilates Hundred isn’t just a core exercise? Breath is a huge part of it. 🫁✨

Traditionally, you inhale for 5 arm pumps and exhale for 5 arm pumps, repeating for 10 rounds, giving you 100 total pumps.

The breath helps create rhythm, control, and connection throughout the movement. The breathing can be modified to slower, deeper breaths while maintaining the same core engagement.
