Don’t avoid it.

Go completely 100% in it, so you get out the other end.

Conflicts create the fire of affects and emotions, and like every fire it has two aspects:

That of burning and that of giving light.

You didn’t ask for this. And it may feel like don’t have a choice.

But you always have a choice.

You choose who you become as a result of it.

What matters the most is how well you walk through the fire.

If it’s meant to burn off, let it burn.

Grieve the loss, let it go, and MOVE ON.

Don’t worship the ashes.

Tend to the flame that lets your light shine.
