A new era of stability is afoot.⁠

Avoiding wildfires begets megafires.⁠

Repressed emotions lead to future upwellings of emotions.⁠

Overuse of antibacterial soap creates stronger bacteria and a weaker immune systems.⁠

Dodging social situations out of social anxiety breeds more anxiety.⁠

Lean into that which is not easy, that which feels unstable, that which haunts you, and realize your resilient nature.⁠

No matter who you are, or what you're experiencing... you are already resilient. It is your nature. Lean into it. Trust it.⁠

Relevant flow triggers for waxwood.
1. Intensely focused attention - self explanitory
2. Clear goals - keep it moving, move with its momentum in a way that's gentle on your wrist whatever the skill level.
3. Challenge/skill ratio - self explanatory
4. High consequences (a tree branch to the face is incentive to focus)
5. Rich environment - novelty, complexity, and unpredictability.
6. Deep embodiment - power of the whole body tining in with a task.
