Healthy and Yummy Chocolate Ice Cream Bars ๐Ÿซ

One of my all-time favorite desserts is a healthy chocolate ice cream bar that you can indulge in. Here's how to make it!

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions:

1. Begin by peeling and slicing the bananas and placing them in a blender or food processor.

2. Add the cocoa powder, almond milk, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender or food processor. Blend until everything is smooth and well combined.

3. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Smooth out the surface with a spatula.

4. Sprinkle the dark chocolate chips and chopped peanuts on top of the mixture, pressing them down gently with the spatula.

5. Cover the loaf pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the mixture is completely frozen.

6. Once frozen, remove the loaf pan from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes. Then, use a sharp knife to slice the mixture into bars.

7. Serve and enjoy your delicious and healthy chocolate ice cream bars!

These bars are perfect for a summer treat or a post-workout snack. They're packed with flavor and nutrients, making them a great option for anyone who wants to satisfy their sweet tooth without sacrificing their health. Give them a try and let me know what you think!

1/4 cup coconut flour
