SoCal Bike Advocates (SCBA) is a full service resource for the local and visiting cyclist, run by local rider and attorney Joshua Bonnici. Joshua is life-long San Diegan who is passionate about giving back to San Diego’s cycling community, and protecting riders from motorists, as well as maintaining and creating valuable bike paths and trails.
