Performance Workshop for Paddle Athletes

Oct 7 at 8am

Conducted by former Olympic Canoer, Dragonboat World Champion, professional SUP paddler and outrigger paddler.

This will be a 2-hour interactive workshop for Off-Water training to improve your paddle performance. We will be going over strength training protocols, importance of individualized sports nutrition, heart rate training, and scientifically proven ways to improve your recovery.

These 4 fundamental areas are the base for any individual to not only improve their performance but their health as well.

It’s about the journey…

Day 1 for Charlie.

“As a trainer, the first day is always going to be my favorite part of the journey. Most clients are feeling nervous and insecure. And rightfully so, it’s the start of something new… something different. I understand this feeling all too well.

But I also know that by the end of this program they’re going to be excited, empowered, and feeling “alive” because of the positive changes their body has made, the healthy habits they’ve incorporated, and all the challenges they’ve overcome 💪🏾

And what excites me is that I get to be part of this process. This journey. On the first day I already see the end goal. But it’s one day at a time. “

We are approaching our 6th year helping the San Diego community through fitness and health! What a ride 2020 has been but we were able to push through and continue what we are passionate about. Our doors are officially back open for personal training, semi private training, and body composition analysis!
