If you're looking to get a workout in before your holiday plans, we've got you covered! All Y locations will be open Saturday, July 4, from 7:00a - 1:00p. We'll return to our regular hours on Sunday, July 5.

🚧 Studio Improvement Update 🚧
To help us continue providing the best fitness experience possible, we’ll be completing improvements to our studios on Tuesday, June 23.
As a result, the Mind & Body Studio and Cardio Area will be unavailable from 5:00 AM–11:00 AM, and our Group Exercise schedule has been modified during that time.

All YMCA branches will be open from 7:00am-1:00pm on Memorial Day. We wish you a meaningful and safe Memorial Day as we honor those who served.
At the Y, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. Healthy Kids Day is our way of kickstarting a summer of health, activity, and connection for our Mid City community.
To all the families who joined us for Healthy Kids Day, thank you! Your energy and smiles made this event unforgettable. We love seeing our Copley-Price community come together to play, learn, and grow.
