Every SATURDAY from Sep 24- Oct 29, we’ll be working on our deadlift and assistance movements. Oct 29 is our big 1RM party. We’ll be lifting heavy and partying afterwards. JOIN US! 👻


My favorite workout will always be pressing, lunging, getups, and swings, “ninja tricks” 🥷 using baby humans.. preferably under 8/ under 65 pounds 😂
It’s crazy that my 13 year old nephew who I used to do getups with is now the same weight as me and can now pick me up 😭 🥹🫶
My 8 year old nephew I used to do swings with can almost pick me up.
This guys is 4 and a chonk. Hes pretty strong and also very wiggly making it a very unique challenge to push press him. 😂
They have another brother only 6months so the tradition will live on.
Gotta keep training for these fun moments. 🙌🫶
Realizing your deepest reasons for training extends your training longevity. Nothing will keep you more “on track”, focused, and remove decisional fatigue like DEEP REASONS and IMPORTANT (to you) EVENTS.
You don’t have to have a baby! 😂 But maybe it’s time you sign up for that competition?
Maybe it’s time to hire that Coach.
Maybe it’s time to try that hobby/class out.

Next week I’m going to run a workshop on MOBILITY TRAINING (what the heck is that anyway? 😂 🙋🏽‍♀️)
Well, next Saturday I’m going to show you how I see mobility and teach you how to start incorporating it into your current workouts and daily life in realistic ways. 🤸‍♀️ 🧘‍♀️

It’s not too much yoga, it’s not just stretching, it’s not “corrective exercise” it’s drills that will wake up your spine, hips, and shoulders. And exercises to strengthen the tissue that makes your joints 💪
Doing these movements regularly has the potential to decrease pain during exercise and posture/comfort throughout the day. —
At a certain point, new levels of strength and performance simply require new levels of mobility foundation.
All levels are welcome. This will help athletes and non-athletes alike 👨🏼‍🚀👨🏼‍🚒👩🏻‍🔬🧑🏽‍💼👩‍💻👩🏾‍💻👨🏻‍🏫🧑🏻‍🍳👮🏾‍♀️

Forward movement is generated from your spine. It is the engine and source of all movement. If it doesn’t move you’re in trouble …if you want to move.
I apply training interventions that start with the spine with everyone I work with..because it works!
Thanks and and of course Serge Gracovetsky (look his stuff up—he developed the Spinal Engine Theory) for opening our eyes up to this and for beginning the disruption of an industry with simple ways to apply this knowledge to our actual training.
If you’re rigid and avoiding rotation you cannot become athletic 🤷‍♀️ Your spine doesn’t want to be stiff and stuck. Your spine wants to MOVE you.
Landmine training is an a super fun, safe, and effective way to tap into spine first motion and unleash your inner athlete.

Underhand sneak, behind the back drills , and spiraling coils are doing WONDERS for prepping my shoulders on bench day!
Working on these spiral patterns:
✅ elevates heart rate
✅ warms up your WHOLE BODY
✅connects you upper and lower half’s **through the Lats**
✅ mobilizes your spine and shoulders for pain-free force production
✅ Gets your brain sharp
✅ dials in solid bench position (connects elbow, hip, and lat on each side
I’m using a heavy here. You can also use a lighter rope and throw in some banded lat pulls 👌🏾.

I’m coming back to for a two-part workshop!

I’ll be teaching you two revolutionary techniques that have taken the fitness world by storm: Hydrocore and Rope Flow!

The Hydrocore is a U-shaped bag with a variety of handles, filled with water. The shape and dynamic nature of the bag creates a FUN, SIMPLE, endlessly varied, and effective workout.

Rope Flow is a rope technique that focuses on rotational movements to develop muscular integration while refining coordination, agility and balance. The training can be as simple or creative as you want--its YOUR flow.

Move like water with the Hydrocore and unlock your mind & mobility with Flow Ropes. Can't wait to flow with you Juneau!


Tip: Get SUPER STRONG in this position…clean up other stuff!! 🔥
Lots of times clients tell me “I just don’t have balance.”
YEAH..WELL you can’t “have balance” unless you know where to put pressure to keep yourself tight and upright... right? If we relax too much we melt to the floor 😂
WHAT? Elbow bone and hip bone of your FRONT LEG in a split stance (one leg forward and one leg a lunge.)
Using these LANDMARKS you can train your body to own Thai split position better and THEN you can use them to coil energy to put THROUGH objects 💥🤯
Flat, elevated, or in Thai case unstable surface. ✅
Forward intent (drive your head and body forward) ✅
Coil you spine towards the hip you want to contact with your elbow. ✅
Elbow and Hip bones firmly pushing together ✅
Keep the toes in and heels out ✅
Earning time staying solid here will translate to more force production and better torque to MOVE yourself and objects through space.
Start with :10-:15 each leg and work up to a minute each. Watch your legs gains EXPLODE 💥.
