We offer coaching, counseling, consulting, training, and mediation services to individuals, couples, teams and organizations around the world.

Consider the lens through which we work - we hold humanity to be but one note in a kosmic symphony, a developmental step in the rich tapestry that has been, is, an will continue to be, unfolding. Our opportunity here today is to discover ourselves deeply and authentically, and to open into futures of evermore nuanced beauty. The spirit of this work is to support others in discovering themselves in

Friends,

There is a field of work in the world today around recognizing, understanding, and encouraging the next wave in the evolution of the way we collaborate and organize to get things done. I'm not talking about the simple "better to do list", as much as I'm speaking to the creative ways people are coming together to create entirely new business, educational, and other organizational structures.

Some of the big names in the field include:

• The book titled "Reinventing Organizations" by Frederick Laloux (http://www.reinventingorganizations.com) which has spawned a global dialogue on the subject by identifying and describing organizations from a variety of sectors around the world embodying new ways of organizing.
• The organization HolacracyOne – who offers a unique model of eliminating "a management class" and the inefficiencies inherent to that (http://www.holacracy.org) (Zappos online retailer has recently implemented that style of organizing (https://hbr.org/ideacast/2016/07/the-zappos-holacracy-experiment.html).)

An emerging organization, encode.org (http://www.encode.org), now offers to explore how we can create new legal structures of organizing to create work that meets our individual and collective senses of purposeful living and engagement for fun and profit.

I'm writing to inquire to discover what interest you or your group might have in attending a workshop put on here in San Diego by our friends encode.org. Please feel free to explore some of the references below and get back to me with your interest, either on this channel, or directly by email to [email protected].

Thank you and warmest regards,

Kabir

Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing,
there is a field. I'll meet you there.

When the soul lies down in that grass,
the world is too full to talk about.
Ideas, language, even the phrase "each other" doesn't make any sense.

Is Your Boss Mean? 06/23/2015

Here in New York, I'm noticing a verbal paper trail of this New York Times article. People are experiencing bullying, incivility, and abusive behavior at work. This article states that how we treat one another at work matters and insensitive interactions have a way of whittling away at people’s health, performance and souls. Is this something that's true for you? Is an insensitive, abrasive or bullying style prevalent amongst leaders in your workplace? And do these types of leaders succeed?
